I have a bit of a problem,

A supplier told me before xmas that he would have my items I need before the end of Jan. Today he casualy says that it will be end of Feb now!

What are my rights? I dont have it on paper that he said end of Jan, he just said it when we were paying etc, but the prob now is I have taken on work for mid Feb on the basis that I was to believe that I was going to have the items I require by then.

What can I do!!]]>

another thing i noticed was drivers out of date,i did that driver detective programe on the web and it says i have 10 drivers not up to date can anybody explain to me how to update these.
i whent into windows vista 64 and found device manager and updated the drivers 1 by 1 and it says windows has determined your driver is upto date on all of them.

If i download oscommerce from (oscommerce site) their site then install the template i purchased i figure i may have a working functional site.

The problem is i have installed produc categories with thousands of products and would like to know firstly. "ARE THE IMAGES AND CATEGORIES I CREATED AND ADDED IN OSCOMERCE ITSELF or ARE THEY STORED IN THE DATABSE.

If in the database i should have no problem installing oscommerce with a databse named MYDATABASE, then when installed along with the template i should be able to change the databse for my previous installed one and have all my categories and images ready installed. I can then get on with the product attributes options as the template company are severely stopping me getting some work done.

Seems theres a lot of auto pilot systems out there making money from dummies like me.? Sorry about that.

Doing a restore of the database hasn't brought back this extra data. I have had a look under Database Maintenance and it looks like the files have mapped correctly, ie there are no orphans.

I looked in the ACDSee.bkup file and it doesn't list the folder where my photos were store. Is this normal?

Is there a way to check what files have been indexed in the database?

I really want to get the ratings back as it would take ages rating these again. Should I have done something else to preserve my ratings?]]>
